YOUR DATA ON SVEETY.DE
Privacy notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This notice explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact me. It applies to the information published on sveety.de. Separate privacy notices may apply to standalone applications and other services.
1. Data controller and contact
Svetlana Mutsakova
Schlossstraße 43
16831 Rheinsberg
Germany
Telephone: +49 176 69353004
Email: info@sveety.de
You can also use these contact details to exercise your data protection rights.
2. Hosting and provision of the website
The website runs on a server hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO provides the technical infrastructure and, as the hosting provider, is involved in processing the data required to operate the website.
Each page request involves processing your IP address so that the server can send the requested content to your browser. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is to provide a functioning, stable and secure website.
Further information from the provider: STRATO privacy information.
3. Server logs and visit counts
The web server records technical access data, including:
- IP address and the date and time of access,
- requested domain and page or file, including any URL parameters sent,
- HTTP method, response status and amount of data transferred,
- referring page, if supplied by your browser,
- browser identifier, which may include operating system information.
In the event of technical errors, related information may also appear in error logs. The logs are used to investigate faults, detect and prevent misuse, and operate the website securely. Access logs are also used to calculate the daily number of distinct IP addresses for each domain. The resulting email reports contain only the count, not individual IP addresses or browsing histories. This figure is not a reliable count of individual people.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are operational security, troubleshooting and a basic understanding of how the website is used. Recognition using tracking identifiers or combining these figures with individual contact enquiries is not intended.
Retention: Logs are checked for rotation each day. For each log, the current file and up to 14 archived files are retained; older archives are replaced during subsequent rotations. Empty files are not rotated, so the actual retention period depends on activity. With daily traffic, access logs usually cover around 15 days; error logs that are written less frequently may extend further back.
4. Cookies, local rendering and external content
The website itself does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers in local storage or session storage. No external analytics or advertising scripts are used. Fonts come from your system; images, stylesheets and scripts are loaded from the website’s own server.
To draw the decorative background lines, the script uses your browser window size and screen pixel density. These values are processed only in your browser for rendering. They are not stored as a device profile or sent to an analytics service. No canvas fingerprinting takes place.
The visual effects and footer heart do not transmit your input to an AI service. This website has no active AI chat function or embedded social media modules.
5. Contact form, email and telephone
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, and optionally your company. Only when you press “Send” are these details transmitted over an encrypted connection to the website’s own server and forwarded by email to the data controller. Google’s email infrastructure is used for delivery. No external form service is used, and form data is not additionally stored permanently in a website database.
To prevent automated enquiries and duplicate submissions, the server temporarily processes your IP address and a random request identifier. This technical information is held only in memory and cleared after no more than approximately one hour. General server logs are processed as described in Section 3. Abuse prevention is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure operation of the contact form.
When you contact me, I process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company, enquiry and any attachments, to handle your request and communicate with you. An email link opens your email application; clicking the link alone does not send a message through this website.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries about a potential assignment and contractual matters where you are the contracting party. In other cases, including general enquiries and communication with company contacts, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is handling enquiries and business communication.
STRATO’s email infrastructure is used for the domain email address. Google’s Gmail is also used to handle contact enquiries and correspondence. For users in the European Economic Area, the service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. Email providers process sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments and technical transmission data, in particular.
When using Google services, data may also be processed outside the EU or EEA, particularly in the United States. Information about safeguards and international data transfers is available in the Google privacy policy and the information on international data transfers.
Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and there is no further reason to retain them. Business correspondence and contractual documents may be subject to statutory retention requirements, in which case Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies. Where records are needed to establish or defend legal claims, retention follows the relevant limitation periods on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your contact details is voluntary. Without a reachable contact address or information needed to handle your request, I may be unable to reply.
6. Links to LinkedIn and other websites
The LinkedIn link is a standard hyperlink. Merely visiting this website does not establish a connection to LinkedIn through that link. When you open it, the privacy information of the destination website applies. The same applies to other external links on this page.
7. Security and recipients
This website is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Personal data is made accessible to the hosting and communication providers used for the relevant purpose where needed to provide their services. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish or defend legitimate claims.
This website does not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
Where data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Processing will then stop unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving such reasons.
To exercise your rights, please send a message to info@sveety.de.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
The following authority is particularly relevant to the data controller’s place of business:
The Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information
Stahnsdorfer Damm 77
14532 Kleinmachnow
Supervisory authority contact and information
